Recognition Brings New Strength to Keep Working Harder: Dr. Binu Bhadauria Honoured at Nari Shakti Samman Samaroh 2026

Dr. Binu Bhadauria, Director of Ojas Animal Feeds Private Limited, was honoured at the Nari Shakti Samman Samaroh 2026, recognising her continued efforts and contribution towards animal welfare, livestock development and sustainable animal husbandry.

The recognition marks an encouraging milestone in her journey of working towards better livestock nutrition, supporting farmers and contributing to initiatives focused on the well-being of animals and the communities dependent on them.

Speaking about the honour, Dr. Binu Bhadauria said that an award is not merely a moment of appreciation, but also a source of renewed motivation to continue working despite challenges.

“Receiving an award gives new strength and new vigour to fight with the situations and work again very hard.”
— Dr. Binu Bhadauria

For Dr. Binu, recognition comes with a greater sense of responsibility. Rather than viewing an award as an endpoint, she sees it as encouragement to continue working with greater determination, sincerity and purpose.

Through Ojas Animal Feeds Private Limited, her work has focused on promoting responsible livestock nutrition solutions while keeping farmers and animal welfare at the centre of the effort.

Her journey also reflects the growing role of women in India’s livestock and agribusiness sectors, where entrepreneurship, innovation and grassroots engagement can contribute meaningfully to rural livelihoods and sustainable animal husbandry.

The honour, therefore, represents more than a personal achievement. For Dr. Binu, it is a renewed source of energy to continue facing challenges, working harder and pursuing initiatives that can create meaningful impact for animals, farmers and society.

For Dr. Binu Bhadauria, the honour is not an endpoint—it is renewed energy for the work that lies ahead.
